Megan Hall Promoted to Senior Air Quality Consultant

We are delighted to announce the promotion of Megan Hall to Senior Air Quality Consultant , a well-earned recognition of her technical expertise, commitment, and consistently high-quality contribution to the team.

Megan graduated from the University of Liverpool in 2020 with a BSc in Geography, specialising in Environmental Processes and Conservation. Her academic work, including a dissertation on the relationship between air quality and atmospheric temperatures, laid a strong foundation for her career in environmental consultancy and sparked her interest in atmospheric science and environmental modelling.

Following her studies, Megan joined the team as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant in May 2023. Since then, she has developed rapidly, building strong technical capability in dispersion modelling, with a particular focus on odour and ammonia emissions. She has contributed to a wide range of Air Quality Assessments supporting planning applications across the UK, consistently delivering work to a high standard and within tight deadlines.

Over the past year, Megan has taken on increasing responsibility in the delivery of complex projects, demonstrating strong leadership, organisation, and technical confidence. She has also played an active role in supporting colleagues, helping to share knowledge across the team and contributing to internal training sessions.

In addition, Megan has become a trusted point of contact for permitting clients in Scotland, developing strong working relationships and providing clear, reliable technical advice. Her ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail has been particularly valuable on projects involving complex agricultural and industrial sources.

Megan’s promotion reflects not only her technical capability, but also her positive, proactive approach and her commitment to delivering practical, high-quality outcomes for clients. She has become an integral part of the team, and her contribution continues to strengthen both project delivery and client confidence.
