Francine’s Promotion: Celebrating Talent, Dedication and Team Spirit

It’s been an exciting year for Francine and for our Bristol office! Since joining us, she’s quickly become an essential part of the Land Development team, tackling some of our most challenging projects with skill, determination, and a can-do attitude.

In just four months, Francine delivered a 200+ link dispersion model, a feat that would challenge even the most experienced consultants. She’s also completed four Environmental Impact Assessments, undertaken an Ecological Air Quality Assessment, and recently delivered her second Odour Risk Assessment. Her technical expertise is matched only by her commitment to learning and growing every day.

But what really sets Francine apart is her approach. She combines technical brilliance with patience and clear communication, guiding clients through complex council requirements and keeping projects moving smoothly. Her work has helped secure planning permissions and achieve the best outcomes for our projects, often navigating tricky, detail-heavy challenges with calm and focus.

Francine also brings a generous spirit to the team. Always ready to step in, she helps colleagues reprofile projects, juggle deadlines, and deliver results without ever compromising quality. Her positivity, teamwork, and determination make her a true Redmore star.
