Who is Steven Lees?
Dr. Steven Lees is an air quality specialist with over 12 years of environmental consultancy experience. He is a Member of the Institute of Air Quality Management and the Institution of Environmental Sciences, holding a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Science and a PhD in Air Pollution. He has also spent four years focused on air pollution research, combining scientific rigour with hands-on consultancy experience.

What Will He Be Doing?
Steven will play a key role in delivering air quality assessments for industrial and agricultural projects. He will help clients navigate complex regulatory frameworks, ensuring projects meet planning and permitting requirements while identifying practical, cost-effective solutions.

How Can He Help?
With extensive experience working alongside regulators and multi-disciplinary project teams, Steven brings both technical expertise and real-world pragmatism to every project. His guidance will be invaluable in helping Redmore’s clients achieve compliant, efficient, and sustainable outcomes.

Outside the Office
Outside of work, Steven enjoys exploring local historical sites and wildlife reserves with his family, bringing the same curiosity and attention to detail to his personal life as he does to his professional work.
