We are pleased to announce that Olivia Davidson recently joined our team as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant. Olivia graduated with a BSc in Geography from the University of Sheffield in 2021 and subsequently completed her MSc in Data Science (Environmental Analytics) at the University of Manchester in 2022. During her studies, Olivia gained a keen interest in air pollution and meteorology, where she focused both of her dissertations on air quality influences. More specifically, during her master’s thesis Olivia produced a XGBoost regression model which forecasts short-term nitrogen dioxide (NO2) in Manchester city centre using the previous 24-hour record of air pollution, meteorological and traffic-related data. Olivia’s passion for all things air quality and her enthusiasm to learning is evident and we look forward to watching her develop as a consultant, as well as a valued member of our team.

A Message from Olivia
I joined the Redmore Environmental team in October 2022 as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant. From day one, the team was extremely welcoming and they have all helped me to find my footing in what is an exciting new experience. Everyone is keen to help and answer any questions I have – whether it be big or small. The training is especially considerate, and I am improving my understanding of air quality every day by getting stuck in and tackling a range of projects offering different problem-solving opportunities. I’m really enjoying my time at Redmore, and looking forward to what the future holds.
