At Redmore Environmental, we’re passionate about developing the next generation of environmental consultants. Our graduates bring fresh perspectives, enthusiasm and a genuine drive to make a difference, while being supported by experienced colleagues who help them grow every step of the way.

We caught up with some of our graduates to find out what inspired them to join Redmore, what they’ve enjoyed most so far, and how they hope to shape the future of environmental consultancy.

Turning passion into purpose

For many of our graduates, a career at Redmore began with a long-standing interest in protecting the environment. Whether inspired by university modules in atmospheric chemistry, climate change and air pollution, or a lifelong passion for environmental sustainability, they all shared a common goal: using their skills to create meaningful change.

Collaborative culture, diverse project portfolio and commitment to professional development stood out as key reasons for joining the team. Our graduates highlighted the opportunity to contribute from day one while receiving the guidance and support needed to build confidence and expertise.

The combination of office-based technical work and practical site experience has provided valuable insight into the consultancy profession, while the trust placed in graduates from the outset has accelerated both their confidence and development.

Behind every successful graduate is a supportive team. Our graduates spoke about how approachable colleagues are, the willingness everyone has to share their knowledge, and the collaborative environment that encourages questions, discussion and continuous improvement.

Whether it’s reviewing technical work, tackling challenging modelling exercises or offering a different perspective on a project, the team culture at Redmore enables everyone to learn from one another.
