Lucie Jones joins Redmore Environmental as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant
We’re delighted to welcome Lucie Jones to our team, who has joined us as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant.
Lucie Jones joins us from the University of Leeds, where she developed a strong interest in air quality, atmospheric pollution and the wider relationship between environmental conditions and human health. Throughout her degree, she explored a range of environmental science topics, with a particular focus on fine particulate matter (PM2.5) and how changes in air quality can influence health outcomes over time.
Her dissertation examined the relationship between increasing PM2.5 concentrations and cardiovascular and respiratory disease outcomes. Using GIS mapping and statistical analysis, she explored how pollution levels vary across regions and how those spatial patterns relate to differences in public health impacts.
Alongside her studies, Lucie has gained experience working with environmental data and biodiversity monitoring, giving her a practical understanding of how environmental information is collected, structured and then used to support analysis and interpretation.
Lucie joins the team with a strong interest in industrial emissions and air dispersion modelling, and is keen to develop her experience across a broad range of air quality consultancy work, from assessment and analysis through to modelling and reporting.
Please join us in welcoming Lucie to the team, we can’t wait to see how her journey develops.
