Within your first 12 months you will:
- Contribute to technical leadership within the team
- Support the development of junior consultants
- Deliver complex air quality and industrial emission projects independently
- Build trusted relationships with key clients
- Play an active role in the continued growth of the business

- Enjoys solving complex air quality challenges
- Wants to take ownership of projects and client relationships
- Values high technical standards and attention to detail
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a specialist team
- Is motivated to develop both technical expertise and commercial awareness
We take pride in delivering high-quality work for our clients and expect team members to take accountability for their work while supporting colleagues to achieve shared goals.
