Welcoming Helena and Hana to Redmore

This September, we’re delighted to welcome Helena Keane and Hana Sheldon to Redmore Environmental as Graduate Air Quality Consultants.

Both bring strong academic backgrounds and a keen interests within the sector, and we’re pleased to have them joining the team as they begin their careers in air quality consultancy.

Meet Helena

Helena graduated from the University of Manchester in 2025 with a BSc in Environmental Science, specialising in Atmospheric and Climate Science. She then went on to complete an MSc in Climate Change: Environment, Science and Policy at King’s College London.

Her MSc dissertation focused on the relationship between air pollution and deprivation following deindustrialisation in Teesside. Through her studies, Helena developed a particular interest in how poor air quality impacts communities, as well as the behaviour and changes in atmospheric pollutants over time.

Meet Hana

Hana graduated from the University of Manchester with an MSc in Green Infrastructure. During her studies, she developed a strong interest in modelling, environmental compliance and mitigating the effects of climate change.

Her dissertation strengthened her GIS capabilities and expanded her understanding of local and regional policy across the West Midlands, combining ecological mapping with policy analysis.

Hana also brings strong communication and organisational skills and is looking forward to applying her knowledge of environmental systems and passion for sustainability as she develops her career at Redmore environmental.

Joining the Air Quality Team

As Graduate Air Quality Consultants, Helena and Hana will work alongside across the team, developing their technical knowledge and gaining practical experience across a range of projects.

Supporting graduates and early-career professionals is an important part of Redmore’s continued growth, providing opportunities to apply academic knowledge in a consultancy environment while learning from experienced members of the team.
