From Graduate to Air Quality Consultant: Charlotte’s Journey at Redmore Environmental

When Charlotte joined Redmore Environmental in 2025 as a Graduate Air Quality Consultant, she brought with her a fresh energy and a love for field studies, scientific reporting, and all things environmental. With a BSc in Environmental Science from the University of Liverpool, she was ready to put her passion for into practice, and she hasn’t looked back.

In just one year, Charlotte has thrown herself into over 60 projects, from ADMS-Roads dispersion modelling for road vehicle emissions to leading Field Odour Surveys and contributing to her first Environmental Statement Chapter. But it’s not just the technical work, Charlotte has made her mark by proactively attending networking events, client meetings, and even the CERC Conference, sharing what she learned with the team.

Her hard work, curiosity, and drive have now earned her a promotion to Air Quality Consultant. Alongside her project achievements, she’s taken steps to grow professionally, attaining Associate Membership with the Institution of Environmental Sciences and continuing to expand her knowledge through webinars and training.

Charlotte says:

“I’m excited to step into my new role, take on more responsibility, and continue contributing to solutions that make a real difference for people and the environment.”

Charlottes Journey is a reminder that growth doesn’t happen overnight,  it’s built through dedication, willingness to step out of your comfort zone, and a genuine passion for the work you do. Charlotte’s energy, drive, and enthusiasm are already making a mark at Redmore, and we know this is just the beginning of an incredible journey.
