Welcoming Georgia and Francine to the Redmore Environmental Team

We’re delighted to welcome two new Graduate Air Quality Consultants, Georgia Birch and Francine Chan, to Redmore Environmental as we continue to grow our specialist consultancy team.

Georgia joined us in May 2025 after completing her BSc in Environmental Science at Sheffield Hallam University. Her academic journey focused on ecological habitats and environmental monitoring, with hands-on experience in environmental management within the steel industry. This experience sparked a strong interest in air quality, culminating in a dissertation investigating emissions from ferrotitanium production, specifically the variable factors influencing the release of hazardous pollutants. Since joining Redmore, Georgia has been a valuable member of our ecological air quality assessment team.

Reflecting on her time so far, Georgia shared:

“I joined Redmore Environmental in May 2025 and have been supported throughout my journey every step of the way. Everyone is so welcoming and committed to creating a positive and collaborative work environment. I am eager to continue learning and developing my skills as I take on new challenges.”

Francine joined the team in April 2025 following her graduation from the University of Bristol with a First-Class degree in Environmental Geoscience. Her academic background gave her a broad understanding of environmental science, with a particular interest in air quality impacts and modelling. During her internship, Francine conducted vital research on carbon storage in peatlands and its potential climate effects, deepening her passion for conservation and sustainability. She now brings that enthusiasm to her role at Redmore, where she is keen to expand her knowledge and make a meaningful contribution to the company’s environmental work.
