Graduate Air Quality Consultant Vacancy

Role Description

Redmore Environmental is a small but dynamic environmental consultancy based in Manchester. Due to the growth of our air quality consultancy workload, there is an exciting Graduate Air Quality Consultant vacancy within our friendly team.

You will be joining a specialist company where projects range from single source dispersion modelling studies, through complex, multi-source industrial impact assessments to air quality impact assessments of major residential developments. Undertaking air quality monitoring and assessments mainly in support of the land development and industrial sectors, you will be involved in all aspects of project management and client liaison and must have excellent communication skills and attention to detail, as well as willingness to develop technical proficiency.

The successful candidate will be qualified to degree/masters level in a relevant environmental discipline and be comfortable handling large datasets within Excel and producing quality reports to a high standard of writing, as well as operating in both office and site environments. Experience in air quality/environmental consultancy would be advantageous, though not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for an ambitious individual who can provide technical and business support to the growing team.   • Undertaking and managing indoor and outdoor air quality monitoring campaigns.
  • Undertaking air quality and odour assessments.
  • Dispersion modelling.
  • Data analysis and interpretation.
  • Preparation of factual and interpretative reports.
  • Management of multiple projects.
  • Client liaison.


The successful candidate will be qualified to degree/masters level in a relevant environmental discipline.

  • As we work throughout the UK a full driving licence and access to a personal vehicle is required.
